On the Day We Arrived....

When we arrived (May 18), all my brothers and sisters were already there. Two of my Aunties, including one Tiyo, decided to be there two days before we arrived to help us for the big celebration.

This picture was taken at my brother's little hotel where we had the Rehearsal Dinner. We really looked haggard. It was already night time when we got there and so we did not have time to refresh ourselves before the dinner. Everybody was hungry but we're just waiting for the priest to arrive.

Finally, the priest came... to give the Grace Before Meals.

We came right after the priest. Hungry as we were, we right away made our plate. The food was mostly Seafood. There was caldereta made from goat meat and soup.

We talked about the wedding things after everybody ate as part of socializing. We also talked with the priest as to the papers that we still had in our hands. We were told to just submit them first thing but since we arrived late, there was no way for us to catch the church secretary.
